Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece. These are some of the many European countries that have legalised cannabis for medicinal purposes.
Although the plant-based drug can be consumed legally in these countries, its use is under strict guidelines in the form of cannabis-derived pharmaceuticals. This means that even though users consume it, the drug cannot legally be purchased anywhere and can lead to severe prosecutions if sold off government records.
